About Me
Hi, I’m Tom Freeman
I am a Health and Life coach!
What is a Health and Life Coach?
A professional who assists individuals in navigating personal and professional challenges.
They focus on the present and future, uncovering what’s been stopping or slowing a client down and working with them to clarify their aspirations and develop actionable plans toward lasting change.
I provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you, my client achieve your goals and enhance your overall well-being.
What are my credentials?
I’m a Certified Health and Life Coach with an internationally accreditation through the Health Coach Institute (HCI)
Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the International Fitness Trainers Association (IFTA).
I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida, BS in Accounting from Tampa College and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
My Approach
Through 1:1 coaching sessions, together, we will clarify your goals, build healthier habits, and move through personal or professional challenges, which include:
Goal setting and direction: helping you define what you want (and why), then breaking it down into realistic, actionable targets.
Action planning: turning goals into bite-size, step-by-step plans, timelines, and priorities.
Support and Accountability: checking in on progress, identifying what’s getting in your way, working through and adjusting plans as needed.
Strategy and problem-solving: working through obstacles, decisions, and “stuck” moments that are getting in your way.
Habit and mindset support: helping you to build new, healthier routines, working through limiting beliefs or unhealthy patterns.
Confidence, motivation, and self-esteem: exploring what drives you and developing strategies to act despite doubt.
Values: helping you to align choices with your values, setting boundaries if needed, and having the life you want.
